Course Description
This course is designed for beginners of cake baking and decorating. Several popular piping technics, borders, flowers and leaves will be made using buttercream. This is the perfect course for anyone who wants to make cakes for Birthdays, Celebrating Special Occasions, as well as for those who wants to start their own business of Celebration cakes.
Course Content:
- Introduction about baking / decorating tools and equipment.
- Preparing batter and baking a soft butter sponge cake.
- Preparing smooth buttercream frosting.
- Preparing a decorating bag.
- Angles of holding the frosting bag.
- Directions of right-handed and left-handed.
- Different piping methods and borders.

On the 1st day we will provide buttercream frosting for practices and from 2nd day onwards you have to make frosting by yourself at home and bring to the class for your practices. Food coloring will be provided during the class. Instructor will monitor your progress individually and help you during the lessons. A valuable certificate
will be issued when complete the course.
Course Duration: 18 hours /6 weeks (1day per week)
